All glory to confidence!

It took me FOREVER to figure out what I was into.... for the longest time I thought I had a pregnancy kink - then, similarly, it took writing my own fiction to finally catch onto the fact that it was the bellies, not the condition, that I was into... once I realized that I started to expand (literally!) into other, non-pregnant types of weight distribution. Of course, I have gallons and gallons of other kinks and interests, but an acute lack of washboard abs seems to be the unifying thread.

Social acclimation is a completely different discussion (and a much longer one), but I'd like to think that I'm kinked in a much more "socially acceptable" fashion than a lot of the other artists who deal with WG themes - there's no control/domination complex going on. Just big girls being big, or something! o.o (though there are pieces like Sasha's recent appearance that just DRIP with symbolism....)

You should post your stuff - if you're really uncomfortable with it, post it as a scrap, and see where it goes from there.

Actually, when I was younger, I never knew I was interested in WG. I sorta figured it out when I started doing my own stories and realized that I had characters in every one of 'em gaining weight like crazy. And, you know, I also realized that my favorite episode of every cartoon I've never seen was the one episode someone got fat. Once I realized it, I thought it was weird and didn't really talk about it except with my sister and closest friends

Then I came to deviantart, found you, and realized there's a whole world of WG out there. And then I point blank said to everyone, I like WG and if you don't like it, don't read my fucking stories.

I really like everything about WG. I love the soft curved lines of it. I love pregnancy and all that too. I don't know exactly how to explain what I really like about WG. It's just so wonderful when done right. So different from everything else. It makes me blush and smile and get all giddy. Which I so am not. It's like yaoi to me and I 'm a huge yaoi fan too (which I'm sure you noticed when you looked at my faves)

I actually started drawing WG awhile ago. My sister says they're really good, but I'm too nervous to post them. I'm not sure about them yet.

Honestly, the main reason I draw what I draw is that nobody else does. If the rest of the world didn't fail so spectacularly in getting me off with pen and pencil, I wouldn't need to make the stuff that I make.

I like pretty girls, and - sorta - pretty boys, though largely in the context of WG and similar - the sorta aniime-esque androgynous "would be a girl but he's an OUTTIE!" kinda thing. And I'd definitely like to hear more about what it is you enjoy about WG.

ha ha ha. There are just so few good WG artists out there, it's hard to have a gallery full of just that. I love all types of art. I love pretty girls, pretty boys, WG, Gore, yaoi, yuri, everything. If it's pretty, I love it all. Especially WG. But honestly, I never knew I wasn't the only one (besides hatter4life, my sis) who liked it until I found your profile. Then I started to look it up.

I dunno. But if your gallery and faves are anything to go by, my work's a bit out of place.
